Lower East Stories

Lower East Stories, hosted by Matt Storrs (@mtstorrs) brings the best NYC creatives (and some surprise guests) together for an early evening storytelling salon. Each month, we’ll host a variety of experts, professionals, and ne’er-do-wells whose work has been featured on The Moth, Comedy Central, PBS, and at fringe festivals around the world.

We hope that our guest performers will inspire you to join us again to tell your own story!

This is a ticketed in-store event with limited amphitheater-style seating.
$5 of the ticket price can be applied towards your purchase of any product in our bookstore or café the night of the event.
We encourage all guests to wear masks.
Lower East Stories has a new theme each month, we’ll see you at P&T Knitwear on the first Friday of each month at 6:30 pm!
