Nature Painting Workshop

Get creative by painting a picture of the lush nature of Staten Island.

By using loose quick brush strokes to create a sense of flickering light and movement, participants will paint a picture of nature to keep for themselves and also contribute to a silk mural that will be displayed at the Greenbelt Nature Center.

This project is made possible by a DCLA Art Fund Grant from Staten Island Arts, with public funding from the New York City Department of Cultural Affairs.
