Planetarium Shows at the Hudson River Museum
Go on an out-of-this-world adventure in the state-of-the art Planetarium at the Hudson River Museum! Planetarium shows are offered every Saturday and Sunday at 12:30, 2, and 3:30pm. Upcoming shows are:
Earth, Moon, and Sun (12:30pm) – Join Coyote, a humorous character drawn from Native American oral traditions, as he explores the relationship between the Earth, Moon, and Sun. Ages 5–10.
The Sky Tonight (2pm) – In this live show, tour the night sky as seen from the area, with topics ranging from visible planets and bright stars, to meteor showers, alien planets, and upcoming rocket launches! Ages 8+
Moonbase: The Next Step (3:30pm) – Explore efforts to establish a permanent, scientific outpost on the Moon. Ages 8+
